Newtflow is cloud-based contract and payment management software for talent management agencies, provided as a subscription. We'll provide the service with reasonable skill and care, keep your data secure and backed up (including daily backups and point-in-time recovery capabilities), and give you notice of any material changes to these terms.
Starter covers up to 3 users; Growth covers up to 10. Annual plans are billed upfront for the year; monthly plans are billed each month and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude any applicable sales taxes.
Every annual plan carries a 60-day full money-back guarantee. If Newtflow isn't the right fit, email hello@newtflow.com within 60 days of your subscription start date and we will refund the full amount — no questions asked. The guarantee applies once per customer and does not apply to monthly plans (which you can simply cancel).
If you subscribe during our beta at founding-member pricing, your annual rate is locked for as long as your subscription remains continuous. If your subscription lapses and you later re-subscribe, current pricing applies.
The data you enter into Newtflow belongs to you. You can export it at any time. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to store the talent and client information you put into the service.
Don't use Newtflow for anything unlawful, don't attempt to access other tenants' data, don't resell the service, and don't exceed your plan's user count by sharing logins. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk, and we'll tell you if we do.
Newtflow helps you track your obligations, but you remain responsible for your agency's contracts and business decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. On cancellation your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. We may terminate for material breach of these terms with notice. Either way, you can export your data before your tenant is closed.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
