Is our data secure?
Your agency’s data lives in its own isolated tenant, encrypted in transit and at rest, and is never shared with or visible to any other agency. We’re GDPR-compliant for European agencies and their talent. You can export your data at any time — it’s yours.
Can I take my data with me if I leave?
Always — your data is yours, and leaving is one click. Newtflow exports everything: every contract (including the signed PDF attachments), your complete double-entry ledger, and the full audit trail — as standard, documented JSON. There’s no lock-in and no ransom for your own records: you can walk out the door with all of it, any time.
Do you keep an audit trail?
Yes — every action in Newtflow is recorded in an append-only ledger. Nothing is silently overwritten or deleted: you always have a complete history of who changed what, and when. If a client or talent ever questions a figure, the full record is there.
How is our data backed up? Can we recover accidental deletions?
We take database backups daily and retain them for a rolling 14-day period. Additionally, Newtflow uses Point-in-Time Recovery (PITR). Because every data write is logged, we can roll back your isolated database schema to any specific second within the last two weeks—meaning a mistake or accidental deletion can be undone in minutes without losing the rest of your day’s work.
Can I import my existing spreadsheets?
